Delivery

For your order, you have two options: shipping or pick-up at the manufacture.

Each Moritz Grossmann watch is carefully crafted and tested in the manufacture in fulfilment of a specific customer order. We will respond to your order with a confirmation and state an approximate delivery date. Currently, the delivery period is about two to eight weeks and can be extended to two to three months, depending on the model.

Please note that the right of withdrawal listed in our terms and conditions only applies to prefabricated, already produced watches. It expressly does not apply if we manufacture a wristwatch according to your wishes or (even on a watch that has already been produced) carry out special decorations such as engravings (see § 312g II (1) BGB).
