Right of withdrawal

You have to right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating any reason therefor. The period of notice for withdrawal is 14 days from the date on which the contract was finalised.

You may also use the sample cancellation form on our website (Download withdrawal form) which can be completed and sent to us online. If you choose this option, we will immediately respond with an e-mail confirmation that we have received your statement of withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the message concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including the costs of shipping (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard shipping offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For the refund, we will use the same channel of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of our refund.

We may postpone the refund until we have received the goods back or you supply evidence of having returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us about your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You shall bear the costs incurred for returning the goods.

You are only liable for an impairment, if any, of the value of the goods if they were handled beyond the scope of what would have been necessary to assess the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
